Questions

Those eligible for Italian citizenship are descendants of those whose family members were Italian citizens as well as descendants of those who lived in Libya between May 1919 and 1943.

Absolutely, provided that they were born to an Italian citizen or were included in the claim for recognition of Italian citizenship

It depends on the specific country: in Israel there is no impediment to holding a number of additional citizenships, but some countries do not allow this, so it is necessary to examine each case on its own merits.

Italy, as of 1992 allows obtaining additional citizenship before it was prohibited.

If you have an additional citizenship other than an Israeli one, we will need to understand when it was accepted.

Italy allows souse to obtain citizenship provided that they have been married for at least 3 years or if they have a child together after a year and a half of marriage. The spouse must pass an Italian language test at the level of B1 at an Italian cultural institute or complete a degree in Italian in Italy.
